The TBlue vendor portal is the vendor portal for Transline Deutschland GmbH (https://www.transline.de/). There is only one instance of this system running. TBlue has five different types of projects: Trados and CATless projects offer full automation with file delivery and job closing, while Across and Translate5 projects support manual delivery monitoring only. Termbase.io projects are not yet supported.
Use cases:
BeLazy supports integration with TBlue through a comprehensive connector that enables seamless task management across different project types. The main use cases where the TBlue integration is valuable:
- You receive Trados, CATless, Across, Translate5, and Termbase.io tasks from Transline and want these managed in your business management system or tracker
- You want automatic task acceptance and full automation for Trados and CATless projects with file delivery and job closing
- You need to monitor deliveries for Across and Translate5 tasks and close the corresponding business management system or tracker jobs
- You want to handle both available work (multi-user assignments) and assigned work (direct assignments)
- You want to deliver projects back automatically when they are completed in your business management system or tracker
Integration type:
The TBlue integration uses web scraping to parse HTML pages and extract task information, combined with API calls for detailed task data and status management. This hybrid approach handles TBlue's unique task categorization system effectively.
Requirements:
In order to use the TBlue portal, only your username and password are needed. To use the TBlue vendor portal, you will only need the URL, user name, password that you use on the portal.
Expected URL format:
The URL is always https://tblue.de/
TBlue-specific configuration:
No additional connector-specific configuration options are available for TBlue. The integration automatically adapts to the portal's task categorization system and project types.
Functionalities and connector-specific information:
- Unit of acceptance: Task
- Multiple target languages: Not supported, only through bundling

Typical issues and how to resolve them:
- Project type limitations: Full automation with file delivery and job closing is only available for Trados and CATless projects. Across and Translate5 projects support manual delivery monitoring and enable closing the corresponding business management system or tracker jobs.
- Project bundling and workflow structure: Each workflow in TBlue is single-step. You can use the job bundling to turn consecutive steps such as translation, revision into one workflow in your business management system or tracker. Daily and monthly project bundling and project bundling creating one project with different language pairs are supported.
- Instruction mapping: All instructions are extracted from the various instruction fields in TBlue, and can be automatically reused in your customizable, client and program-specific instructions to the project managers and the vendors.
- Synchronization: By default, the connector is synchronized every 30 minutes, but you can also synchronize immediately once an email with a new job offer comes in.
