When you have more than one project manager in your business management system, you need to choose which one will be linked to the connection. Set up the main rule, and set up the metadata-based exceptions.
For Protemos and REST API, this is straightforward. However, in Plunet sometimes if you see a project created under the API user instead of the correct project manager, it means the configuration needs adjustment. Simply review the settings in the Order template in Plunet and update the preselected project manager if necessary.
XTRF requires an additional step: each project manager must have an access token linked to their profile. Once these tokens are added in BeLazy, the correct project manager will appear for selection. To add these tokens just copy them from XTRF and paste them into BeLazy in the Manage my business management section.
Keep in mind that BeLazy works based on metadata: what matters is not who clicks Approve but who you assign as project manager in the setup.
Usually, one project manager is enough for each connection. But if you work with multiple clients or programs, you may assign different project managers depending on the client or the program.
