BeLazy's profile menu offers you both configuration options and access to functionalities:
- Projects and connections takes you back to the dashboard.
- Manage my business management system allows you to configure the business management system you use in the Business Management Hub. It can be Plunet, XTRF, Protemos, a custom BMS or no BMS/Google Sheets. In every case you need some configuration. The related articles explain the configuration options. Plunet, XTRF, Protemos all need preparations before you can use them with BeLazy.
- Manage my translation management systems sets up the TMS Processing Hub. Note that these are your translation management systems where BeLazy creates projects, not the client TMSes where BeLazy takes projects from - those are configured under Projects and connections.
- My profile is specific data about you personally, as a user within the BeLazy organization.
- My organization gives settings and information about your organization, and allows other users to be invited.
- Set up auto-approve rules allows you to set up rules to automatically accept/approve projects.
- Api access tokens are required for API-based integrations. You can create tokens here.
- Connect email accounts allows you to connect an Outlook email account to BeLazy to automate synchronization based on email notifications and to enable the Email assistant functionality.
- Email assistant belongs to the Content and Project Hub, and allows creating BeLazy opportunities from incoming emails.
- CRM integration allows you to configure and use BeLazy's Sales Management Hub.
- Webhooks are closely related to the API-based integrations and are part of BeLazy's Orchestration Hub. Webhooks are notifications to be sent to other systems on certain events happening (e.g. a new opportunity appeared, a linguist was assigned, a project was closed).
- The Activity log contains a searchable list of all events that happened in the system, giving you an audit trail.
- Linguists lists the linguists available in your business management system, together with an identifier which you can use in API-based integrations.
- Reports are BeLazy's built-in reporting component of the Business Management Hub.
- Google Sheets integration is the place where you can configure and troubleshoot BeLazy's Google Sheet project management tool.
- Sign out signs you out of your BeLazy account.
